Ho ho ho! My dear believers, every Christmas Eve, as the stars sparkle above and snowflakes dance through the air, there’s one sound that tells me it’s time to begin my journey — the jingling of harness bells and the steady stomping of hooves.
That’s right — my reindeer team! 🦌 They’re the heart of Christmas Eve, helping me deliver joy to homes around the world. But do you know their story? Pull up a chair by the fire, and let me tell you how it all began.
❄️ The Original Eight
Long, long ago, I had eight reindeer to pull my sleigh. Each one special, each one chosen for courage, speed, and heart. Their names, as you may know, are:
Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen.
Each has a personality of their own:

🌟 And Then Came Rudolph
One foggy Christmas Eve (you may have heard the song 🎵), the North Pole was covered in such thick mist I couldn’t see past my beard! Just when I thought we might have to delay, a little reindeer with a bright red nose stepped forward.
That was Rudolph. His glowing nose lit the way through the storm, guiding the sleigh safely to every home. From that night on, he became part of the team — proof that what makes you different is what makes you shine.
