Returns & Refund Policy

We want every piece from Santa's Workshop to bring a little sparkle to your home. If something isn't quite right, here's how we'll help.

1. Changed your mind? You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as: - it is unused; - all tags are still attached; and - it is in its original packaging.

How to return: - Email us first at info@hkchristmas.com with your order number, so we can send you return instructions. We can't accept items sent back without a return request. - You pay the return shipping. - The original HK$50 delivery fee is not refunded on change-of-mind returns. - We'll check the item when it arrives. - If it's a change-of-mind return and you'd like something different, return the item and place a new order.

2. Items that can't be returned - Sale items, meaning items from Santa's Treasure Vault or our clearance items only, can't be returned for change of mind. Other items bought at a discounted price can still be returned under section 1. - Personalised items and gift cards can't be returned for change of mind.

This section doesn't apply to faulty or wrong items. Those are covered in section 3 below.

3. Faulty, damaged or wrong items We're so sorry if your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please email info@hkchristmas.com within 48 hours of receiving it, with: - your order number; and - clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.

What happens next: - We'll review your photos and let you know whether we'll exchange the item, resend it or refund you. - If we need the item back, we'll pay the return shipping and tell you how to send it.

4. Refunds - Once we've received and checked a returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. - Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–14 working days. - Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time before the refund shows on your statement.

5. Your legal rights Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the laws of Hong Kong.

退貨及退款政策

我們希望 Santa's Workshop 的每件裝飾，都能為你的家添上一點聖誕魔法。如有任何不妥，以下是我們的處理方法。

1. 改變主意？ 你可於收貨後 7 天內退貨，條件如下： - 貨品未經使用； - 所有吊牌完整；及 - 保留原有包裝。

退貨方法： - 請先電郵 info@hkchristmas.com 並提供訂單編號，我們會回覆退貨安排。未經申請而寄回的貨品，恕不受理。 - 退貨運費由顧客支付。 - 因改變主意退貨，原有 HK$50 運費恕不退還。 - 貨品寄回後，我們會進行檢查。 - 如因改變主意想換其他款式，請先退回原有貨品，再另行落單。

2. 不設退貨的貨品 - 減價貨品（只限 Santa's Treasure Vault 或清貨貨品）恕不接受因改變主意退貨。其他以折扣價購買的貨品，仍可按第 1 節退貨。 - 個人化產品及禮品卡恕不接受因改變主意退貨。

本節並不適用於有問題或送錯的貨品（見下文第 3 節）。

3. 貨品有問題、損壞或送錯 如收到的貨品有問題、損壞或與訂單不符，我們深感抱歉。請於收貨後 48 小時內電郵至 info@hkchristmas.com，並提供： - 訂單編號；及 - 貨品、包裝及運單的清晰相片。

之後的安排： - 我們會審視相片，並決定為你更換貨品、重新寄出或退款。 - 如需寄回貨品，退貨運費由我們支付，我們亦會告訴你寄回方法。

4. 退款 - 我們收到並檢查退回的貨品後，會以電郵通知你退款是否獲批。 - 獲批的退款會於 7 至 14 個工作天 內退回你的原有付款方式。 - 退款或需銀行或發卡機構額外時間處理，才會在你的帳戶結單上顯示。

5. 你的法定權利 本政策並不影響你根據香港法律享有的權利。
