Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Santa's Workshop (hkchristmas.com). We're an online-only Christmas decor store. Our elves pack every order with care and send it off to homes across Hong Kong. This policy explains where we deliver, what it costs and when you can expect your parcel.

1. Where we deliver We deliver to addresses in Hong Kong only. At the moment we can't deliver outside Hong Kong.

2. Delivery fees - Standard delivery is HK$50 per order. - Delivery is FREE when your order subtotal is HK$300 or more.

A gentle note: the HK$300 is counted after any discounts or promotions are applied, and before the delivery fee. If a discount brings your subtotal below HK$300, the HK$50 delivery fee will apply. You'll always see the final delivery fee at checkout before you pay.

3. When we dispatch We dispatch orders within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed. If you pay by bank transfer or FPS, the 24 hours start once we've received and confirmed your payment. Personalised items are dispatched within 1 day.

4. How long delivery takes - Your parcel normally arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch. - Please allow 1 extra day for deliveries over a weekend or to remote areas. - "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. We'll always do our best, but occasionally things outside our control (such as severe weather or very high parcel volumes) can cause a delay.

5. When your order is on its way We'll email you once your order has been dispatched. If tracking details are available, they'll be in that email.

6. Your delivery details Please check that your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct before you place your order. If a parcel can't be delivered because the details are incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange the next step.

7. Damaged, missing or wrong items If your parcel arrives damaged, or something is missing or wrong, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos. Our Refund Policy explains what happens next.

8. Questions? Email us at info@hkchristmas.com and one of Santa's helpers will get back to you.
