- Personalised name: 12 characters max.
- The product included a Merry Christmas gift tag attached to gift packaging or product, as show in photograph.
- Optional complimentary gift card is included.
- Production lead time 1 working day. If you require same day production, please talk to us.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
- Single wine box with slide lid.
- Made of solid light weight, unfinished wood.
- Dimension options:
- Wine Box External: 10 x10 x 35cm. Internal: 8.5 x 8.5 x 33cm.
- Champagne Box External: 10.5 x 12.5 x 35cm, Internal: 12 x 10.5 x 35cm
- Laser engraved message.
- Each box can fit a bottle of 750ml, be that wine, whiskey, gin etc.
Please note that wood will vary in colour, knots are expected but we do our best to engrave or cut where the knot does not affect the legibility of the text or design.
Due to the nature of the cutting process there maybe some burn marks on the item.
Our products are made from natural sourced timber stock and therefore some minor imperfections and variations should be expected.

This item is custom made and therefore we don't accept exchanges or returns.

We provide 2 types of delivery service by hand delivery and S.F Express.
By Hand Delivery Service

Monday to Sunday: 9am -1pm, 2pm - 6pm, 6pm-10pm
- Delivery on Sunday and Public holiday, please place order one day in advance. Otherwise, delivery may be rescheduled to following day.
- The cost of regular delivery may vary from HK$100 to HK$200, please see details below.

- HK$1 will be charged for the bag, according to Hong Kong government law.
- Delivery will be made on the selected date. We will try our very best to accommodate the requested delivery time, however, this is subject to traffic condition. MODA FLORA will not accept order cancellation or refund due to late delivery in the same day under above delivery service provided.
- If the recipient is not available to collect the parcel in person upon delivery, alternative instruction given by the recipient to courior which may vary from sender instruction will be arranged, delivery will be considered as completed.
- If we are unable to deliver or contact the recipient/sender within 10 mins upon arrival, a charge will be applied for redelivery or you may pick up from shop, delivery charge is non-refundable.
- Any changes on delivery, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
S.F Express Delivery
For non-fragile and non fresh items, express delivery service by SF Express available ONLY FOR FREIGHT COLLECT. We will dispatch the product within 24 hours. It may take up 1-3 days for delivery by SF Express. In this case, date and time selected at checkout is not applicable. Actual delivery date and charge is subject to SF.Express. Please leave delivery address in shipping field at checkout page. Tracking number will be provided once package is sent. Please choose SF Express Freight Collect at checkout page.
