Christmas trees

Which Christmas tree size should I choose for my room?

Measure your ceiling height and the floor space where the tree will stand, then compare them with the height and width of each tree. Our Christmas Tree Guide lists the height and width of every model, from 3ft tabletop trees to 7.5ft trees, and you can also shop by size: 7–7.5ft, 6ft, 5ft and tabletop.

Are your artificial Christmas trees pre-lit?

We sell both. Browse pre-lit trees with LED lights already attached, or unlit trees if you prefer to add your own lights; each product page shows whether a tree is pre-lit and how many lights it has.

Do you sell snow-flocked (white) Christmas trees?

Yes. Several of our tree designs come in a snow-flocked finish, which you can find in our White Christmas collection and in the Christmas Tree Guide.

How do I set up and fluff my artificial Christmas tree?

Assemble the tree from the bottom section up, then shape the branches from the bottom to the top, fanning the tips out to the left, right and centre and finally upsweeping them slightly for an even look. Wear long sleeves and gloves while fluffing. Step-by-step photos are in our Artificial Tree Set Up Guide.

How should I store my artificial tree after Christmas?

Remove all decorations, take the tree apart from the top section down and fold the branches towards the pole. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, as excessive heat or humidity can damage the tree. See the Artificial Tree Set Up Guide for details.

Lights

What plug do your pre-lit Christmas trees use?

All of our pre-lit Christmas trees come with a UK 3-pin plug, ready to plug in at home in Hong Kong. The 3ft miniature Fraser Fir tree uses battery-operated lights instead.

How many lights do I need for my Christmas tree?

As a starting point, use 50–100 lights for every foot of tree height, or up to 200 per foot for an extravagant look. Our Christmas Lighting Guide explains how to wrap lights, and you can shop lights in our Christmas Lighting Collection.

Personalised items

How do personalised ornaments and stockings work?

Choose your options and type the name on the product page before adding it to your cart. Personalised ball ornaments let you pick the background, font colour and font style, with up to 20 characters (English only); personalised stockings take a name of up to 10 lowercase characters. How long do personalised items take?

Personalised items have a production lead time of 1 working day and are then dispatched. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery & payment

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in Hong Kong only. We are an online-only shop, so every order is delivered to your door. See our Delivery page for details.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free in Hong Kong when your order subtotal is HK$300 or more after discounts. Orders under HK$300 pay a flat HK$50 delivery fee, which you will see at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment being confirmed, and parcels normally arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch. Please allow 1 extra day for weekends and remote areas; these times are estimates, not guarantees.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online at checkout by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We also accept bank transfer, FPS and PayMe; see our Payment Method page for details.

Orders

Can I return an item?

You can return an unused item with its tags and original packaging within 7 days of receiving it; please email us first with your order number. Personalised items, gift cards and sale items from Santa's Treasure Vault or clearance cannot be returned for change of mind. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email info@hkchristmas.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review your photos and let you know whether we will exchange, resend or refund the item, and we pay the return shipping if we need it back.
